Catrin Finch, harp

Gregynog Festival had the pleasure of working with Catrin Finch during its two-day showcase in Washington DC last July, and now Catrin comes to Gregynog itself to give a solo recital.

Catrin will present a varied programme of music inspired by the 2010 Gregynog Festival theme of Pleasure Gardens.  Her recital will also include music to celebrate 300 years since the birth of John Parry, Parri Ddall, the ‘Celebrated Blind Harper of Ruabon’ who knew and played for Handel and was associated with London’s Ranelagh Gardens.
